Flat-rate IT & Wi-Fi for South Florida homes and businesses.
Know the price before we start.
Since 2007, Flat Rate Geek has fixed the Wi-Fi in Miami condos, built the networks behind Miami offices, and run the connectivity behind festivals and film sets. Whether it’s one dead spot in your living room or the whole office, every job is quoted up front — and the person who quotes it stays on it until it’s done.
Everything your business runs on.
We design, install, and manage the technology you depend on — from a home network that finally reaches the back bedroom, to a company’s help desk, to the network behind a 2,000-person event. If the job has a defined scope, it gets a flat-rate quote.
Managed IT & Help Desk
Proactive monitoring, patching, and responsive support for your team. Remote first, because it’s the fastest way to get you working again; on-site when it matters. One predictable monthly fee.
Microsoft 365 & Cloud
Tenant setup, migrations, sign-in and security hardening, licensing, and ongoing administration for Microsoft 365.
Network Infrastructure & Wi-Fi
Structured cabling, switching, firewalls, and Wi-Fi designed from a heat map, not a guess — offices, venues, condos, and homes. Wi-Fi problems? Start here →
Event Technology
Temporary networks, high-density Wi-Fi, camera surveillance, point-of-sale connectivity, and on-site technical staff for film and commercial sets, festivals, and corporate events.
Cameras & Access Control
Camera systems, door access, and remote viewing for businesses and homes — installed cleanly and integrated with your network.
Backup, Recovery & Repair
Business continuity planning, data recovery, PC and Mac repair, and malware removal — so a bad day stays a short one.
Networks for sets, festivals & events.
Film and commercial sets, remote locations, music festivals, nightclubs, trade shows, conferences. Temporary high-density Wi-Fi, wired drops for production, camera surveillance, and a technician on site from load-in to strike — quoted per event, not per hour. Delivered under our Wi-Fi Jesus brand.
The price is in the name for a reason.
You should know what IT work costs before it begins. Most of what we do is quoted as a flat rate for a defined scope. When hourly billing makes more sense, we say so up front and agree on it first — and the invoice matches the quote.

Flat Rate Geek was founded in Miami in 2007 on a simple idea: you deserve to know what technology work will cost before it begins. Back then that meant one flat price to fix a computer. Nearly two decades later the same principle covers everything we do — a dead spot in a Kendall condo, a dental office’s entire network, or the connectivity behind a festival on a Saturday night.
Wi-Fi is where we go deepest. South Florida is one of the hardest places in the country to make it work — concrete-block walls, impact glass, and towers full of competing networks — and we’ve spent years learning what actually fixes it. That knowledge is the same whether the building is a twenty-unit condo or a twenty-person office, which is why we serve both.
Today we work across Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Monroe counties as a managed service provider for small businesses, a Wi-Fi and network installer for homes and offices, and — under our Wi-Fi Jesus brand — the production and event technology partner for sets, festivals, and venues. Owner-operated, in English and Spanish, and quoted up front every time.

How does flat-rate pricing actually work?
We define the scope with you, then quote one price for it. That price doesn’t change if the job takes longer than we expected. If the scope changes — you add devices, a new location, a second day — we re-quote before continuing. Hourly billing is the exception, used only for open-ended work and only when we’ve agreed on it in advance.
Do you offer monthly managed IT plans?
Yes. Managed plans are priced per user or per device, billed monthly, and cover monitoring, patching, help desk, and Microsoft 365 administration. Month to month — no long contracts. Starting at [PRICE] per user.
What areas do you serve?
Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Monroe counties — from West Palm Beach to Key West. Remote support is available anywhere; on-site visits are scheduled within those four counties.
Can you take over an existing Microsoft 365 tenant?
Yes, and it’s one of the most common ways we start with a client. We audit the tenant, clean up licensing, tighten sign-in and security settings, and document everything so you’re never dependent on one person again — including us.
How far ahead should I book event Wi-Fi?
Two to four weeks is ideal so we can walk the venue, confirm the internet circuit, and size the network for your headcount. We’ve turned around smaller events faster — call and we’ll tell you what’s possible for your date.
Do you still work with home users?
Yes — computer repair, data recovery, home network and Wi-Fi setup, and security cameras, at the same flat-rate approach. Our focus is business IT, but we haven’t forgotten where we started.
